This example is extensively pierced throughout the pommel, ricasso, and plate counterguard. The magnificent grip is wound with alternating twisted silver wire and raised bands. Traces of engraving on the blades hollowed riverside remain; the slender blade that starts broad tapers to a fine point and remains in fine condition; all else fine. (Overall length: 39-inches; blade: 32-inches.)
