This Allen & Thurber medium frame pepperbox with rare ring trigger having serial number 46 is a .31 caliber 6-shot with 3.5-inch ribbed barrels and silver spangle. Barrels have blue/gray patina, hammer is blued and has sighting slot. Frame displays early engraving and traces of blue, balance brown and gray. Etched shield is mostly brown.
